About me
Hi, I'm Zeinab — dietitian, mom and firm believer that healthy eating should make your life easier, not harder.
My story
I became a dietitian because I was fascinated by how much food shapes our energy, our mood and our health. But it was becoming a mom that taught me the most important lesson: perfect nutrition doesn't exist — and chasing it makes nobody healthier or happier.
Today I help women and moms find their own realistic way of eating well. That means simple recipes, flexible routines, halal-conscious choices and a mindset of gratitude instead of guilt.
When I'm not talking about food, I'm probably feeding my sourdough starter, meal-prepping for the week or spending time with my family.
Qualifications
- [PLACEHOLDER: Degree / title, e.g. B.Sc. Nutrition Science]
- [PLACEHOLDER: Certification / license as dietitian]
- [PLACEHOLDER: Further training, e.g. family nutrition]
My philosophy
Simplicity
The best meal plan is the one you can actually follow on a chaotic Tuesday.
No guilt
Food is not a moral test. All foods can fit — balance beats perfection.
Gratitude
Eating well starts with appreciating food, your body and the people around your table.
