Date & Tahini Overnight Oats

Instructions

  1. Combine: In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Sweeten: Stir in the chopped dates and half of the tahini.
  3. Rest: Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. Serve: In the morning, stir well, drizzle with the remaining tahini and add your toppings.

Zeinab’s tip: Prepare 2–3 jars at once — breakfast for half the week, done in 10 minutes.
