Date & Tahini Overnight Oats
Creamy overnight oats naturally sweetened with dates and a swirl of tahini — a make-ahead breakfast that fuels busy mornings.

Ingredients
- 100 g rolled oats
- 250 ml milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 100 g yogurt
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Toppings: sesame seeds, extra dates, fresh fruit
Instructions
- Combine: In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt.
- Sweeten: Stir in the chopped dates and half of the tahini.
- Rest: Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Serve: In the morning, stir well, drizzle with the remaining tahini and add your toppings.
